Our new look Buyer’s Notes catalogue now enables you to view titles by category, separated into three distinct sections: Fiction, Non-Fiction and Children’s.

Our Hero Titles this month include Kate Mosse’s The City of Tears, the eagerly-anticipated follow-up to The Burning Chambers; Jack Monroe’s Good Food for Bad Days, featuring quick and tasty recipes to make when you’re having a bad day; and the prequel to Suzanne Collins’ mega-selling The Hunger Games series, The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes.

Our Debut Books this month are Catherine House by Elisabeth Thomas, about a prestigious American college which requires students to have no contact with the outside world for three years, and punishes those who break the rules; and The Unadoptables by Hana Tooke, in which a gang of orphaned children in 1886 resolve to stick together and embark on an amazing adventure.

This month the Books Team Recommend The Ten Thousand Doors of January by Alix E. Harrow, which has similarities to Erin Morganstern’s The Starless Sea; The African by J.M.G. Le Clezio, the first translation into English of the short memoir by the Nobel Prize-winning author; The Age of Static by Phil Harrison, which looks at the politics and culture of Britain through the prism of TV; and The SS Officer’s Armchair by Daniel Lee, which follows the author’s attempts to find out about the life of a low-level Nazi.
